Question attributes:

• QTitle: @lang; question title used for link text; mandatory
• QDescrip: question description: further question elaboration / explanation; optional; @lang

Wants/Answers:

• For wants, interface gives a check box for each item.
• Only one answer possible, and no "other" option.
• For answers, interface gives radio buttons for the items.

Want/Answer rubric (English):

Depending on whether QNI is 5 or 7, EITHER:

• 1: strongly agree
• 10: tend to agree
• 100: neutral
• 1000: tend to disagree
• 10000: strongly disagree

OR:

• 1: strongly agree
• 10: agree
• 100: somewhat agree
• 1000: neutral / neither agree nor disagree
• 10000: somewhat disagree
• 100000: disagree
• 1000000: strongly disagree
