Or being flexed?

If I don't run for a couple of months, I need to take it gently getting back into it. It's not something I want to allow, but it happens. And this evening I'm thinking similarly about this journalling.

Maybe I should try to engage my very small audience? I have so many things to write about, which should I go for first? Let me try a list, like I did when I had my last big journalling choice challenge. There I go, being over-enthusiastic again.

I don't expect anyone to suggest any one of these, but if they do, I might just take them up on it.

I'm hoping that this exercise will flex my mind enough, so that when I come back to this (which I guess will be after another day's gap) I'll be able to get into my writing stride more easily.
